We know how difficult it can be to buy products online that you can't touch, feel or try on (did you buy the right size? the right color?). That' is why The Ukrainian Book Store stands behind all orders with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you need to return (or exchange) an item, simply contact our customer service department. 

Conditions - Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return:

  • Any book in its original condition.

  • Any unopened compact disc, cassette, video or software.

  • Any other item which you specify to customer service.

The following products may not returned nor subject to a refund:

  • Any Cut Fabric

  • Boots

  • Open CD's, Cassettes, Videos, Software

Have your customer invoice number handy for reference.  Defective items will be exchanged only for the same item. We do not accept any returns or give credit to items returned without authorization.

We will issue a refund for the price of the item that you are returning that meets these conditions.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of an error.
